We called for foundation work as previous owners had a transferable warranty. Turns out it was void because we (the buyers) were not told we had to have it transferred within 30 days. We were given a certificate saying we were covered but oh well, not the case. AFR said 3 weeks before they could come out but not guarantee if they will do the work. Inspection fee $250, non refundable even if they choose to not do the work. We had inspections done as we are concerned with foundation and we are waiting for “manager to discuss with owner on Friday.” Tomorrow will be one week and we are hoping they will make a decision soon. If they do decide to do the work, we don’t know yet how long it will be before they come out. Cross our fingers!

Glad we gave them a call! We were initially nervous because this seemed like a huge project but they made us feel confident that we placed our home in good hands and that job was completed successfully.

Had a inspection of my home done recently! I am glad there were no major issues and I was able to make some minor repairs to ensure my home stays sturdy.

Great crew! Showed up on time. I had a small job but they were in and done within 5 hours even under the threat of heavy rain. They cleaned up and left my place with barely a sign that they were there. I would recommend them highly.

I have nothing but good things to say about Advanced Foundation Repairs, Inc. They met my every expectation and kept me up to date in the process of lifting my home. I would especially like to note the due diligence of the work crew. They worked hard, especially when it rained, and were very professional. Excellent teamwork. I highly recommend Advanced Foundation Repairs for foundation work and repairs.

They went above and beyond on helping us fix our home. Initially we simply needed to do some watering but the lack of water underneath our home pushed for some repairs and we were thankful to have them by our side.

We were able to find this company throughout our home builder. Glad they were recommended to us. What is better than honest work and a lifetime warranty on work they originally completed.

Great inspection -- glad I did not need work but simply some more watering towards my home. What a relief when these could cost so much for the work

Great first foundation home experience. I was nervous about what was to come due to the numerous warning signs that I saw online but they made the process easy and quick

I was very pleased with my experience. During the initial visit, the estimator explained the problem and the solution. We discussed cost and I decided that my "cost/solution "ratio would be best served with Advanced Foundation Repair and a crew was out in a matter of days. The work went quickly and neatly. Alfonso and his crew seemed to know what they were doing and thier cleanup exceeded my expectations. I have since referred a local property manager to Advanced and as far as I know she is satisfied with their work too.

I was referred and was told they stay quite busy. I waited a few weeks for my free inspection but it was well worth it. No work required and they explained why in great detail that I could understand! If work was required I would hire them!

In December 2017, I had contacted advance foundation repair about my home having issues. They gave me an appointment with in a week. Pricing was extremely affordable. The adjuster Eric was very helpful and stood by his word that the job would be done right and on time. It took them 7 hours to do the entire job. There where six workers who where very professional and they cleaned the mess from the job and made my yard look the same. I would recommend them to do your home and youll be pleased with the service.

Terrible customer service - No...

Terrible customer service - Nobody knows what they're doing!

Advanced had done the foundation repair on my home with the previous homeowner but left one corner of the house (600 sq ft). Probably didn't need to be leveled back then. Well, now we need the last 600 sq ft are leveled. We have a warranty for just the work that had been done previously. I am not looking for them to do anything for free, just give me a fair estimate of the new area. So, rather than call another Foundation company who might blame the previous company for whatever we called Advanced. Why not let the original company come out and take a look. What could it hurt right? Well, when I called to see when they could come out the women on the phone said "Great, we can be out next week", then I told her that there had been some work done previously at the house. She turned to stone, put me on hold, came back on and said they couldn't be out for 6 weeks! I am not BSing you! So, just for giggles I called them a week later and said that I was a brand new customer and needed an estimate. She said they could be out in 7 days? So, I told her who I was and she gave me this total BS answer about previous customers having to wait a little longer, blah blah blah. It made absolutely no sense!!

An attorney friend I know said most likely that if I go with another Foundation repair company my warranty with (Advanced) that the previous homeowner had given me on transfer of the house would be negated and that this is a way for the company to get out of any future obligation with us. That's most likely why they're pulling $^$$#. I think she's probably correct and will see what they say when my attorney is here at the house when they come out in a few weeks. Something is not right with this!

**** For what it's worth I would stay away from these guys *** READ "RIOPOFF REPORT" ON THESE PEOPLE!

PS. When I was on the phone the first time they never mentioned an estimate fee. The second time I called they said that I had to pay $75 for the estimate. The lady waived the fee (this was about 4 weeks ago). Just received a letter today saying - Estimator will need $75 before they do any estimate. These are the dumbest people I have ever met!

You will find that their contract limits their liability to the amount you pay. It also requires you to arbitrate any disagreements, which they try to hide with less than the notice state law requires. In lawsuits against foundation companies you will find that the damage could be tens of thousands of dollars or more. Arbitration will cost an average minimum of $10,000 attorney fees for each side. Their qualification restrictions on allowed arbitrators limits the choice in Texas to approximately one. That arbitrator will likely require you to pay all attorney fees, even if you win, despite what the contract provides. They will do a simple plumbing test afterwards to determine if there are leaks and try to sell you expensive extensive testing. Another simple test can actually tell that there are no leaks without that expense. The workers on our house wrote in Spanish that a lot of the piers broke while installing. The Owner tried to claim that since they did not pick up the check left for them on completion, that the warranty was void. He also claimed under oath that they never charge a Warranty Fee, wrong. The house now requires extensive additional foundation work, including replacing their piers to be safe. Don't waste your money with them.
