They are the absolute worst! They STOLE half of my stuff, they broke my expensive almost brand new washer, the owner Sophia is very very rude and when you talk to her all she does is yell and hang up the phone! DO NOT hire them

These guys did an excellent job. I had them pick up my 3BR home one day, and delivery 2 weeks later here in the metroplex. The crew did great both times, we were very pleased. No damages to report, and the price was very affordable. We will use AAA again if we need movers. AAA moving & storage is possibly the most professional moving company out there. Sure, they are not the cheapest! But what I got for the money I spent was pretty damn amazing. They showed up right on time, which is quite unlike any other movers I have hired. They efficiently worked for 3 hours, packed up everything and loaded the van. The delivery was made on schedule as well. I checked and found all my things without any damages. Cheap companies would ruin your furniture beyond any repair. But hiring this company really assured the safety of my valuables.

I got 3 guys and a truck for 3 hours for $350 flat. the sales guy told me no hidden fees, and there were no hidden fees. I will prolly use these guys again when i move again next year.

I hired AAA Moving & storage for my last move simply because my sister wouldn’t let me hire anyone else. I have to admit, my sister was on point. The movers arrived on time and they were very organized. They carried my big pieces with ease. They packed everything very skillfully and showed a lot of creativity. They didn’t run out of boxes and everything was packed with enough packing materials to secure them. I was totally impressed with these men. All my things were delivered on schedule and in fantastic condition. These guys really mean business!

Most movers you can hire these days are made up of seemingly strong men with no weight carrying experience. The result is quite disastrous. You hire them thinking of how much money you are saving and then they get stuck at your doorway with your couch for three hours. Unless, of course, your movers are from AAA Moving & Storage. All their men are very well trained for this job. I knew that just by seeing their uniform and the way they pack things. I had absolutely no delays with the moving despite having a tricky front door. Two mugs did break but if anyone tells you it won't happen, don't believe them! It's better to lose a few glasses than seeing a favorite piece of furniture badly damaged. Please hire these professionals for your next move.
