I purchased from AAA Clean Carpet but they sent out these guys.

Do not use this company!

Purchased services for chimney sweep on Amazon local for $59.00.

When tried to schedule stated they were too busy and ended up scheduling over 1 month out. They never showed up that day. When I called their number they let it roll to voicemail. I left 4 voicemails over the next 4 days. Contacted amazon local and they refunded my money.

2 weeks later they called me back saying they did not get voicemail. Offered to come out the next day for the amazon price. Scheduled to arrive at 1:00 pm, did not show. Called at 1:40 and said they were on their way. Did not show up until 4.

Then increased price to $172.00 because it "had been so long" since I had my chimney cleaned. Said it needed the"spin" brush instead of just brushing and needed sealing. He took the same brush he was going to use by hand and attached it to a drill. He used a trash bag that he got from me to put the debris in. Had handprints all over the white brick and trim around the fireplace and left a mess I front of the fireplace.

The "sealer" was only a few places in the bottom of the fireplace. I was under the impression he was going to seal up inside.

He then asked for cash to be paid. I paid by check.



Huge red flags all over the place that I ignored. I normally research before purchasing services but failed to this time. Won't happen again.

I was taken by this guy and company. Don't let it happen to you.



I want a refund!



I will be cross posting in every review place I can until I get a refund for poor, shoddy service.

best service on time fair price,,,will get there service anytime i used them in the past , nice young guys,,,,ron and david did agreat job,,,,,
