this is a really good and neat store I really love it

this place doesnt even deserve 1 star rating! Do not go buy a phone from this store. Complete ripoff!! We purchased a Motorola Triumph. The phone started freezing, resetting itself and not recognizing functions. We took the phone back to the store within 1 week of purchasing and were told by the rude girl behind the counter that we had to call Virgin mobile and they would have to replace the phone. WELL we call virgin mobile and are then informed that the store warranties the phones for 28 days and to go back to the store and get it replaced. Now we are at the store and the girl tells us that she had the same problem and that virgin mobile sent her a replacement phone. She was ADAMANT that they did this for her. So we decided to call virgin mobile while at the store. The girl behind the counter actually disconnected the call with the operator.."by accident". After she called them back the operator told her "she was responsible for replacing the phone." What a bunch of liars!!! Then she called her manager and was told to replace the phone. Now we have to wait for them to call their "distributors" so they can replace the phone. It was a complete nightmare! Save yourself the trouble and do not go to this "authorized dealer." Virgin mobile operator took down the name of the store and escalated it to corporate. As we were starting to leave, the store clerk decides to take one last shot at a buying customer by saying "we didnt have to replace your phone, i could have just locked the door and left you outside!" That is their type of customer service people!!
