Called to confirm delivery for today. First three times I dialed the exact same phone number from my phone's memory, received and "error" message and disconnect. Called successfully at 8:12 am to be answered by an automated voicemail system that told me "this call is being recorded for quality assurance"... I am the 19th caller in line... the estimated wait time is roughly 19 minutes.... after holding for 30 minutes, the phone was answered, the hold music stopped but no one was speaking to me. I could hear people speaking in the background so I called out to them for nearly 5 minutes. Finally, someone answered me, I explained what had happened, he apologized and said they "just opened" at 8:48 am. I confirmed that he said they "just opened" and that it is really 8:48 am.... he said yes. After he confirmed delivery for today, he asked if my "contact phone number" was correct for today. He read it to me and I said "no". He then said "thank you and stand by that phone for a call 30 minutes before delivery". What the heck? If a customer tells you the phone contact number is wrong, wouldn't you ask for the correct number? So I asked him why he didn't correct the number and only then did he ask for the correct number. I then asked to speak with his supervisor. I am still holding..... he said he would transfer me immediatlely. My cell phone tells me I have now been on hold for 57.22 minutes and I have a new recording that says the estimated hold time will be 13 more minutes.... it is 9:09 am.... I wonder if I will receive my delivery today between noon and 4:00. I called from my home phone to see if I could reach someone else. Tried the "vendor" option, held for another 5 minutes or so only to be told that person wasn't available... interesting... stay tuned for more details from me.

Terrible experience! Just like the other reviews stay away from this company! Said they would deliver on Wednesday but didn't deliver until Saturday. Plus you can't get ahold of anybody!

A job well done! The delivery truck arrived within the time promised. The stovetop and double wall oven containers were undamaged and unopened. The delivery men were courteous and professional and placed the my appliances exactly where I asked. I'm sure there are more good experiences out than mine, but we tend to complain more than we praise.

So I'm sitting in an empty room right now...AM delivery has cancelled my delivery today, after I took a today off of work to accept delivery. I work Monday through Friday and they will not work to accomodate a weekend delivery.

WARNING. FIND ANOTHER TRUCKING COMPANY!!! This my first review ever and my experience with them has been so miserable that I feel obligated to warn the unsuspecting populace to avoid AM Trucking like the plague or ebola. Here are the reasons why: 1) don't bother calling for information. Over the course of 2 weeks I wasted >6 hours on hold and have yet to speak to someone. Several times I was on hold for 25-55 minutes. 2) Often the greeting indicated there were 7 people ahead of me, then 4 ahead, then 3, then I'm next, only to wait ~5 more minutes then I either was directed to voicemail, or heard the greeting indicate that I'm now 8th in line. WTF happened to being next!!! 3) One time I was on hold 15 minutes, someone answered (yes finally a voice), but the person basically took the call and placed the phone/headset down and never acknowledged I was on the other line. All the while I can hear an office party going on in the background. WTF!!! 4) Several times I called and was on hold for a few minutes then was abruptly disconnected. 5) Don't bother trying to reach the CA branch because you'll be disconnected. 6) Was told via email that my item will arrive at the local terminal by that weekend and will be contacted 24hrs before delivery. Well, the following week I heard nothing. So, I had to send several emails to get another status but received no response. I tried calling for an update and my miserable phone experience continued (see above). Finally I got an email response, only to learn that my item will arrive at the local terminal by that weekend and will be contacted 24hrs before delivery. Keep in mind that's what I heard the previous week. 7) It's pointless to track your package online. If you doubt my review, then I encourage you to call them and find out yourself.



I still haven't received my item after several weeks. I keep being told that it will be at the local terminal 'this weekend'. And to add salt to injury, I could've elected for free shipping via UPS. However, the vendor that I bought the item from HIGHLY SUGGESTED that I pay extra for 'white glove' service from this P.O.S. company. I am in the process of canceling my order.

Worst Company ever!!! You cant' get a hold of them, I've tried calling and emailing and nobody responds to you. I ordered appliances that they are suppose to deliver and they have been sitting with them for over 2 weeks and nobody will call me to setup a delivery date and time......STILL in the process of trying to get my appliances delivered

I cannot believe how HORRIBLE the service with AM Home Delivery has been. This has been a nightmarish process, and I have been attempting to have my furniture delivered by them for over a month now.



I ordered furniture from COLEMAN FURNITURE who uses AM Home Delivery as their delivery service. I placed the original order on September 2, 2014, and sometime around October 1st I was contacted saying that the furniture would be delivered between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. that following Monday. On that Monday, a delivery person named Charlie called me and told me that they were running behind schedule and that he would deliver my product on Thursday evening between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. On Thursday morning I received a call from some admin person with AM Home Delivery to tell me that my furniture would be being delivered between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Monday.



When I explained to them that I couldn't keep taking time away from my real life priorities to sit around and wait for them, they told me that they were doing me a favor by not charging me the $75 rescheduling and storage fee. I don't understand why I would be being charged a rescheduling fee when it was CHARLIE--THEIR DRIVER WHO DID THE RESCHEDULING.



I contacted COLEMAN FURNITURE to request a refund and tel them that the company they were using for deliveries was horrid. They promptly contacted AM Home Delivery to reschedule the delivery for a time that was convenient for me--October 9th between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.



Today (October 9th) I received a call at 2:15 p.m. from AM Home Delivery telling me that they would be at my house in 30 minutes. I was not home, but I questioned the delivery driver as to why the furniture was not being delivered in the scheduled window. He said they were earlier than scheduled and that if I couldn't be there to sign for it, I'd be charged a fee. I went to meet them at my house and they STILL didn't show up for another hour.



I finally got my furniture, but I promise you this--I will NEVER order anything from COLEMAN FURNITURE or any other company that uses AM Home Delivery as their delivery company. Apart from the fact that my furniture took forever to arrive, EVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to was horribly rude and unprofessional.



Save yourself the frustration--just pick up the product on your own.

Bought a Tv 11 days ago and they have not got here yet. Call oh yea ,They do not answer phones or e-mails. Ridiculous. Seller could have sent FED and been here in 2-3 days.

These folks are terrible, it is taking 16 business days (almost a month in real time). The CSR could care less when contacted. In this day and age taking this long to deliver is crazy, especially when they promise 7 to 10 business days. I will never allow them to handle shipments in the future!

Seems to be a common theme going on here.

I received a call from AM Home Delivery on a Friday regarding a delivery for the next Monday. I stayed at the house all day, until I remembered my daughter's piano lesson. Left at 6:35pm back at 7:20pm. I found a note in the door. I have to reschedule and pay $75 more to reschedule. They couldn't have called me once there or on there way to my house! I was 6 blocks away! I could have been there in 5 minutes!

Now, I have tried many times to call and speak with someone. 8 calls 2 voicemails 1 submitted online form from their website to reschedule delivery without any success at this point.

Now, unfortunately I'm seriously considering to refuse and get a complete refund.

Already, suggested to the store manager that they should drop them to avoid tarnishing their image.

AM Home Delivery customer service office is horrible. They never responded to my 5 voicemails or the e-mail I sent. My appliance was delivered on a Different day than when it was scheduled. However it arrived in good shape and the delivery man was pleasant.

Don't expect to receive a response from this company or anyone to answer the phone. I've tried e-mails and phone calls, left messages (nice ones) and have never received a response. I ordered from Aplliance Connection one month ago and still have not received any information of when my order will arrive. Darn sure wasn't worth the little bit of savings from APP Conn to have to wait this long and get sorry service. I would not give them one star rating but couldn't submit my review without at least one star.
