This man is a total con artist and I paid him 321 dollars to fix my dryer and when he ordered the part it still did not work and blame it on that their was no electricity. I paid a professional to come out and he said the electric is fine. Every time I call Appliance Master they keep saying they will come over to fix it right but never do. It amazes me how somebody can keep getting away with this.

Warning! Warning! Warning! This man will steal your money. Very unprofessional. F bombs everywhere. Came to my home acted like he knew what he was doing. Replaced one part. Didn't work. Ordered another part didn't work. He then turns around and says, "I can't fix it" and blames me for using my oven.

Complete Rip Off. Not even a real company, one man person. Quote me one price on the phone and told something different in person.

Despite seeing his one star review on yelp I decided to give Mr. Brown a chance. I have a sub zero refrigerator and I can tell you any time anyone hears sub zero you know your getting ready to pay. His price was surprisingly affordable and he was very polite, my kids really enjoyed him. My only complaint was it took a while for my part to arrive because it was back ordered, not his fault but at least he had it sent straight to my house, when it arrived I arranged for him to come out and finish the job the next day. I will reuse this business, and will recommend it to my friends and family members. Thanks again Mr. brown

Total scam!!!! Had contracted to fix a warming drawer, came out, said he needed $400.00 to order a part. Paid him and got the runaround for about 3 weeks with us calling him daily. He finally came out, said he needed a swith knob. Over 3 weeks later and no call, no answer! Should have checked BBB first (F rating). My bad, so now I need to warn others!

The repair man did not call before he came, as I had requested and then waited for me at my house. When we finally did meet, within minutes he said my appliance needed to be replaced. His fee for installing it was far greater than Gold Star Appliances. He called and wanted me to send him a fee of $64.12. Since he did make a trip to my house, I will pay him. However, he was way overpriced for installing. New appliance and was quite rude to me on the phone. I would not recommend this group to anyone.

My $10,000 Subzero refrigerator had a problem.. it just stopped working. After searching the Google I came across A-Appliance Masters. Spoke with Dylan and we agreed for him to come out the following day. He was on time professional and compared to other companies I've done business with in Dallas his price was fair and affordable.
