I Cal those gays and they gave me Price by the phone it was not the best one but they

promise to be hear in 20 min and to make a key for my ford f-150

they Cal after 3.5 hr. saying they will be at my House in about an 1 hr.

well i all ready got someone else .

Be aware that the PRINTED ad in Yellow Pages printed directory is not honest. $24 service is only during business hours, and expect a lengthy wait for service not 15 minutes. When I called for service I was not told the price would be much higher. On the plus side, the technician was professional and did a good job.

I called one locksmith, Run Local and they said they would be out fast and it would only cost $15 to unlock my car. The guy took way longer than they promised to get to me and when he pulled up he was driving a beat up Ford Focus that was unmarked. He had no uniform on and proceeded to try to unlock my car.



I was pretty pissed and asked him for ID or proof he worked with Run Local and he kept saying he was there to unlock my car and did I want his help. He wouldn't show me anything to prove he was a professional locksmith so I told him to leave.



He said he would call the cops to force me to pay. I told him to go ahead and call them. He ended up leaving and I found A-1 online.



This time I was mad and cautious. I told them I wanted a quote over the phone and they told me a flat rate of $55 to unlock my car. I told them that was expensive and I had a quote from another to do it for $15. They immediately asked if it was Run Local and I said yes. They told me how that company operated and that they used unlicensed locksmiths, quoted low rates and then jacked the prices up when they did the work. Now I started to trust A-1 a bit.



They had a locksmith to my location in about about 10 minutes, he was driving a company van, dressed in a uniform and had a work order with my quote on it. In just a few minutes he had my car open and I was back on the road.



I cannot tell you how great it was. I thought I was saving money by going with a cheaper locksmith, thank God that other guy left. I will never call Run Local again.

I buy and sell homes and have tried several locksmiths in the area to help when we need locks keyed to one master key while we are working on them. I have had several bills that were substantially higher than what I was told over the phone from other locksmiths in Dallas.



A-1 is the first company that provided me a quote over the phone that ended up being all I paid. Each of the locksmiths we have dealt with have been very professional and are always careful not to damage the property, something other locksmiths have struggled with.



I am so glad I have found them. They are the only locksmith in the DFW area I intend on using from now on. Good honest people who do a great job!

I recently spoke with one of their online chat employees, sara, this was very new to me cause what company out there actually helps you over the internet. Well she walked me through my lockout situation step by step and in the end i had to have someone come out but she tried her best so that i wouldnt have to spend that money. I thought that was really neat.
