My company purchased a lift from 4K and two months later we still have yet to use it. From the moment it was unloaded it had a serious hydraulic leak and was unable to pick up more than a fraction of the weight it was rated for. I have repeatedly requested that they service the lift and have been told no less than 6 times that they would be here in a day or two. I have yet to see anyone. The only reason they received one star for service is because 0 stars was not an option.

Wasn't sure to buy from 4K lift because of the reviews, but my forklift was great. The owner was very friendly (Rick) and delivered as promise. I'm normally pretty tough as I've worked on forklifts and cars for about 10 years but they were in great shape.

*Update* I bought 3 more and one of them needed a new battery and Rick sent it out the next day free of charge.

Seems like a nice company who I plan to spend more money with in the future as we are expanding.

Lift was in good shape, didn�t need parts or anything and we told rick we needed it in 3 days and he made it happen. Thanks

Unfortunately, 1 star is as low of a rating I can give. I am surprised they have been in business this long with their practices. They sell you on a warranty but they wont be taking care of anything after Rick cashes your check. They will avoid your calls and if you do manage to get a hold of them by calling from another phone number, they will tell you what you want to hear and not follow through with anything. I have n lengthy log of calls, voicemails and texts with no responses. I bought a 8,000 lift with duals up front. It was advertised as having good tires. When I went to look at the lift it had a low tire and I was told it would be replaced. After weeks of calling them, the lift was finally delivered with different tires up front, 1 flat and the rear metal hatch bent from not being secured with all the bolts - one of 4 was installed. The front tires were not good as advertised and 2 were cracked, dry rotted and had holes in the tire. The holes are what punctured the tube on the one with the flat. The lift was not useable and we could not move it from where it was dropped off from the frame dragging the ground. Many calls and over a week later, they sent out a company to replace the tire. Despite sending photos of the tire size to Rick per his request, he gave strict instructions to only replaced the tube. The tech told me the tires were in bad shape and dry rotted, that the one tire was not repairable and didn't recommend doing so. I had to sign saying they wouldn't warranty the tube and that I was advised to replace the tires. Also, I was missing 5 lug nuts total on the front hubs and not safe to lift anything. I managed to get a hold of Rick would said he would order new lugs and a tire. To date, that hasn't happened after I hung up the phone. Rick is a shady businessman and does not have any customer service skills. It has been a couple months and Rick wont return calls. I will have to replace the tires and replace missing lug nuts for my safety. We lift 6,000 lbs plus so I have not used the lift for safety reasons - it currently sits. Unfortunately, Rick wont come through on what he has said. He wants a quick sell and paints worn-out lifts to sell them as something they are not. There are many reviews similar to my story. Buyer beware.

We are currently in a legal dispute with 4K Lift co. for not delivering a forklift & then not refunding our money. They refuse to return calls. The owner, Rick, promised a refund weeks ago, but now won't return our calls. we have sought legal help in getting our money back.
