Quote turns out not to be quote. Off by $1000 and never said a form had to be filled out online to receive you shipment!

On the day of pickup, I found that the estimate was not what was quoted. The items that I had on estimate were sold and I pricing went up by $1000. The representative that came to pick up my belongings Daniel was very rude.

I have contacted the numbers and email address that I have to resolve this issue. In my 16 years of moving with the military... this is the worst moving company I have ever encountered. The movers were very unprofessional... not all of them just the foreman Daniel. He spoke of his personal business and how women should bow down to him, he has 7 kids with his first childs mother who he go put in jail for. I found out the day of the delivery that I would be paying $1000 more than what I was told. Daniel explained to me that he wasn't sure of why Michael had given me the totals and quote that he gave me because he is not a packer and does not know what he is quoting. The gentleman then explained to my spouse when he arrived that it was just an estimate so that he has something and it would not be anywhere close to the price listed. Upon completion of the packing he claims we went over on the packing that he guesttimated and we would have to pay the amount that he finalized before starting. I then did the walk thru to ensure that all was complete and they did not pack things. They packed the things that I asked them not to pack, they packed liquids and other spill-able items. I told him that they forgot to pack some things, they laughed at me and got in their truck and took off leaving me to spend an additional $104 mailing boxes. Needless to say, they used boxes that I purchased to pack my things, they left piles of trash, left my tv laying on the ground in the front yard and me being nice offering gatoraid, they left their empty bottles all over the house. This is the worst company I have dealt with. I called this morning to check on my belongings and they now decide to tell me you have to complete a form online to schedule the loading and delivery of my items. Something that was never explained and or emailed to me as they said they should have. I have tried to reach out to contact the supervisor that I spoke with last week and no one knows who I am speaking of. I spoke with Michael who gave me the estimate and he states it is out of his hands there is nothing that he can do.

I have been on hold at this current moment for 30 mins now with Julie one of the customer service supervisors who tells me she has to take a call from a customer who is not complaining. And to top it off.. I was told the day of pack out they did not like doing full service moves because of people like me complaining! Not that I do not want to pay.. but when the price changes by $1000 its something to question.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! They cannot give you information once they receive your shipment and money! They do not even deserve a 1 star rating.

My review will be brief but the great moving experience I had with 24 Hours Moving Inc. The move was positively done by Mike and his team on the pick up and I am so impressed how fast they finished packing everything. At first,I doubted that fast packing was securely done but was proven they were just great on their field when I had the precious property in outstanding condition. I guarantee this moving company no matter what. They were great.

My move was from Las Vegas to Houston and I can evaluate their team with a five star rating because they never gave me hard time and they work perfectly in accordance to our needs and our availability.The date they gave me was the date I was arriving town. The time on the other hand was an hour advanced to the time of my arrival. So they changed their route and had my deliveries done late at night. I was thankful that they worked even that late and gave way to my schedule. Thank you 24 Hours Moving.

small move!

I had a brief but concise move and it was the best so far. I never had issues dealing with 24 Hours Moving people. They were never rude when I kept calling them for status and they have answers for me. It did not take that long for my valuable items to be delivered and it was in great in condition. The affordable price was also a big bonus to me because no other moving company offered better than what 24 Hours Moving gave. Great job.

Peaceful move!

They said they can do my move in no time and smoothly. Turned out, it was true. They don't just promise, they fullfil them. Never had this peace of mind in years in any move either locally or out of state. They stayed on the price and never took advantage of any situation. always ready!

I hired them for the full move and they never failed me. I never had any materials or boxes but they came in with materials and equipment ready. Handled things well and works fast. Inspite the shivering cold weather because of arctic blast they were still energetic at work and did not mind the cold. During the delivery I thought they lost my antique elephant night stand. We checked the inventory list and its not listed and I get frustrated when I remembered I left it in my friends house. I am so embrassed that I wanted to apologize to this guys. Inspite of my unpleasant attitude towards them they were still polite and worked hard. Good work 24 Hours Moving. Your such a positive company.

I was never this satisfied on a move given that I am very meticulous and very delicate on everything I own. Most of the time I complain because of bad condition of my deliveries. By far, the best moving service I ever had in a long time. They were Punctual and Polite and good workers. The drivers and their team did their best to provide the best service I can have. I thought I lost one furniture when we were doing the checklist and when they re-check the trailer it was accidentally been mixed to other moving jobs. I was happy. Yes, as Marilyn A said, all these 5 star reviews are fake. Because its not only me who suffered, I have friend who also had similar worst experience with them. Also if you want know properly about them got "Better business bureau" website and look at the complaints on them. I myself filed one but yet no response from the company. Once they get the belongs they try to extort you for money in different possible ways. They make you sign the agreement with really different terms than what they mention in their online or telephone quote . All the terms and conditions are favorable only to them. Can you imagine a condition which says that the final delivery date could take a maximum of upto 30 "BUSINESS" days from the day we mention our exact destination. Also another condition says that there is 7 or 15 days grace period for them beyond those 30 days. Also I wonder if there is any apartment community or a home neighborhood which has a parking for 14 wheeler truck. And they charge an additional shuttle cost due to lack of that parking while delivery. When I said additional amount don't think it will be 100 or 200 bucks. They don't mention any fixed price or rate in the conditions and they just charge as much they like. They start from 500. For me he asked $550 for shuttle. Also they say that they will bring professional movers to pick up and deliver your items but believe me they bring illegal workers. Also they don't even take care of your belongings well.

Immediate move

A relative of mine was the one I need to thank for introducing me to 24 Hours moving. I was relocated to Ontario as a pilot and we needed an immediate mover that can handle an urgent move. Yes, we actually iterate the urgency of our move to all movers we called. No luck at all until my sister-in-law talked me to give 24 hours moving a shot. She personnally knew one personnel of the company. Yes, we called them, the next day they were around our neighborhood moving us. A week and half later we got it all. Yes, I am happy because they followed our request for the immediate move. To prove how fast it got here. August 5 we hired them, the sixth they moved us. The 13th we flew to our new home and the 14th we got to receive our furniture. Fantastic, that's all I can say. Everything was aligned with our time and they met our expectations.

This was my first time using 24 hours moving and I was very impressed overall. The online quoting system is super easy, they immediately emailed me with a quote and called me to discuss it within just a few hours after I requested a quote.

On moving day, the crew was perfectly on time. Manuel gave a walk-through of our home before they got started. They were Fast and padded/hard-wrapped everything carefully. We were moving from a two floor house, they were organized and started with the heavier stuff to stack in the bottom of the truck. They were very experienced since it shows on how they handle everything.

They did an excellent job putting things away in a bigger house which most of stuffs were to be placed upstairs during the delivery date. They were fast, careful and hard-workers. The head of the team George was such a good team leader. He professionally lead the movers and assisted on the unpacking as well.

The best part was that they worked so quickly that we ended up paying significantly less than the original quote. I would use these guys again. Highly recommended.

Finest workers

Hard move but I felt it was easy because of 24 hours moving inc's help. I originally hired them through my friend Danielle's recommendation. We did not settled with pricing at first so I took chances looking for other options. After talking to at least five companies, I called 24 hours back because others were ridiculously high in their offered price. Although I still feel that time that the price is high inspite that they were the most affordable one. But when I saw how they work on my move I definitely thought they were worth more than that. The end of my move was very smooth and everything went perfectly. I gave a big tip for all of them. JOB WELL DONE! Til next time guys. Chiao.

We planned our move to Atlanta, GA early May this year, May 17 when 24 hours moving picked up our packages from a storage unit downtown Dallas, Stored it in their warehouse for 13 days and delivered on the exact day we wrote on our contract. Their process is simple. To book a move, we called them, asked for quotations (they asked us if we wanted an in-house estimate and offered an online quotation which is less hustle). When we choose a package deal out of the options they sent us. They will book the move, fax the contract and explain it to us. Then along the time frame we gave them, they called us a day before the delivery to inform us that our package is on its way. Deliver everything on the destination and some charges depending on your location. Pretty cool and they were very organized and was a topnotch in customer service and communication. Their personnel both during pickup and delivery was also great. I will for sure recommend them to my friends,

I got a cat who got lost the day I was moving out from Dallas, I posted flyers everywhere to look for him and I got no luck. three days before they arrive and while in transit going to Florida. A guy from 24 hours moving called me and asked if I am missing a cat. Finally, after weeks of searchign I found him. Thanks to Joseph the driver who found him hidden in one of my furniture. What I like with this company is they took care of him while on route for the delivery although Joseph is allergic to cats. He took some anti-allergy medicine just to be able to take care of my sweet pet. I am in so much appreciation for their kind gestures and was very happy in the end not just because I found my lost pet but also I got my furniture in good condition. I am pretty sure I gain a lot of value to the money I paid them for and also gave them a big tip for an awesome job as well.

Thanks to 24 hours moving inc I got all my furniture and belongings on time before I start my new job. I live in a townhouse close to the strip and they managed to reach my unit with their 18-wheeler truck. Only professionals can do such things. Aside from that, they were also consistent on the good handling of the fragile things which by fact I observed myself. I will recommend them to my friends for sure.

April 18 when they called me that my items will be delivered at 7:30 pm. Turned out, another customer along the way is not yet ready to accept her property. So by 2;30 pm, they are ready to deliver it and they immediately informed me and asked if I would like to accept it on the given time. I never hesitated and said yes. When they came they politely introduced themselves, and it was immediately clear they were both two great guys. They look professional and neat and very cool people. Moving can be stressful, but 24 hours moving inc made it very simple.

They charge you twice what they quoted. They make charge more unless you pay in cash because they know you can submit a claim to the credit card company. Do not use this company.
