This is pinkies-in-the-air gentrified BBQ with table service, real cutlery, porcelain plates and white cloth napkins. And a menu of course.

Ordered the burnt ends starter: cold cubed Brisket in sauce was delivered. Good flavors, shame it was cold.

The Lester brisket grilled cheese sandwich was nice: the ribs were ok and covered in a sweet sauce and the smoked chicken was not smokey but done well.

Overall it's ok: no BBQ joint in Dallas needs to worry about this place :)
