I called Jennifer from Bounce & Pounce to pet sit my two dogs (Lab and Collie) and three cats while my wife and I would be away for a week on vacation. She first visited our home to take down the necessary information on all our pets and gave us a chance to meet her. We were able to schedule specific times and durations for her visits. During our vacation, we were able to contact Jennifer about how our pets were doing. After we returned home, we found that Jennifer left a detailed listing of when she visited and what she did with each of our pets during her visits. Our mail was collected each day and the plants watered. Our home looked as clean as the day we left. I find comfort in knowing that our pets were cared for by a competent professional while we were away. I definately look forward to using Bounce & Pounce in the future. Thank You Jennifer!
