honest and dependable, he explained the problem thoroughly and ordered parts for a dishwasher repair. when he came out it was discovered that all the parts ordered were not necessary and fixed the problem for less than 1/3 of quoted price.

what a great company, they understand what customer service means. had an issue with my washing machine they ordered the part we needed came out and fixed it with no problems at all. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

My wife found Pate 13 yrs ago when we moved into our house, what a stroke of luck. He has worked on just about every thing, and we have been completely satisfied with him, professional,friendly, knowledgeable, and he completely gets that you can't wait all day that he might show up, like alot of other companies do. I would, and have recommended him to all my neighbors, and friends.

My washing machine was making a terrible racket, my usual place could not make a service call until later in the week. I found Pate's number on yellowpages.com, called him and he came the next day. I was expecting a huge bill like I always got when I had to call other repairmen, and that was after waiting for them after the time they said they would be at my home. Not only did he give me excellent service, he also called to see if he could come sooner because he had just finished his other job. He fixed my washing machine at only a fraction of the cost of other repair companies, but he was done within 30 mins. I would totally recommend Pate's to anyone!!!
