I have two pets that I have taken to this facility before. I have been there on several occasions, and have always had to wait over 1 hour to see a vet. I have always had a regularly scheduled time made in advance for my pet, but have still had to wait. Another thing I have noticed is they like to ask you about doing all of these extra tests on your pet which all COST EXTRA. They of course do not explain what the test are for and that the cost will add up to several hundred dollars or more until it is time to pay. I think that everyone in that office should have to take a time management course or two.
