NEVER USE THIS POOL COMPANY!!!!! Worst experience ever. Total scam artists, charging the previous owner a $500.00 deposit, and when we bought the house the contract was still "good" but they changed the previous owners $500.00 deposit into a "measuring fee". So after over a month after the pool liner was installed they charged us another $500.00 with no warning, stating that "we signed the contract so it doesn't matter." Worst customer service my wife and I have ever dealt with. NEVER USE THIS POOL COMPANY!!!!!

I got my pool installed by Brown's pools about 4 years ago and these guys ae not helpful at all! They wait until after you have had the pool for 4 years to tell you the maintenance that should have been going on for the past 4 years. They do this so that you will have to spend more money, instead of cleaning the sand once a year as you should, which they never told me, now they want to charge over $400 to change it! Not only that, they did not install unions on the sand filter so that someone would have to come back out if you do not know plumbing! Same with the chlorinator, not a word was spoken on the maintanance of the unit until we are 4 years in, now its over $400 to replace!
Bottom line, these guys are crooks! Use someone else, anyone else is better than being treated like this! After spending 50K with a company you expect a certain level of service, you will not get good service with this company, you will only get ripped off!

I went in the Dallas location to inquire about a fiberglass pool. The sales associate knew virtually nothing about this. He said the sales guys for that are at another location and they could call me . No, i wanted to speak to someone in person. He couldn't even give me a price. Well . . just lost my business !!!

While the woman who checked us out was very nice and friendly, the sales floor associate was not. He was down right ride and told me "I'm going to tell you this again, this is the size you need " when in fact I was correct all along. He offered no apology . We were first time customers and it's safe to say we won't be returning ever again.

After many days of trying to get my eater crystal clear, the gentlemen came out, and listened to my concerns. They offered up helpful advice and the pool is looking better already!

Just had our pool liner replaced after enjoying it for 20 years. Brown's Pools put the pool in originally and they replaced the liner for us too. Ricky Carter and the rest of the people who worked on getting the work done were all great people to work with and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to enjoying it this summer and for many years to come.

Had to have some service work done on my pool. Brown's is always very speedy when it comes to scheduling work, and always on time for the appointments. Eddie Hyde came out this past time and he was in and out in no time and we are back to enjoying our pool.

Eddie Hyde from Brown's Pools came to my home today to do a pool seminar. My husband and I just purchased a home that already had an inground pool. We have never owned a pool before, and had no idea about how to care for our pool. I felt so much better after meeting with Mr. Hyde. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I don't know what I would have done without him! Thanks Brown's Pools!!

Good service and quick. They handled the item covered under warranty and answered all my questions.
