Had a foundation leak 7 years ago and another one a few days ago. Now I decided to re-pipe my house and David came out on both occasions and took care of the problem. Very informative and professional and took his time to make sure everything was done right and working properly. I would definitely recommend Atlantis plumbing and will definitely use them again.

I was in need of plumbing services and right away at that, after discovering the day before that there were clogged sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. After scouring the internet for some time, I was happy to hear from Ivy when I called, that she would have a technician out to me the same day. He arrived at the house within a few hours.....on a Saturday!. Clearly an expert in his field, John Henry Massey was able to identify and tell me what the problems were within a short time. It was so helpful also, that John was able to explain and show me things as he did the repairs, so I could have a better understanding of how the appliances function.

Called Atlantis Plumbing in dire need of help! They sent Jason to my house to take a look at the busted water pipe I had behind my sink. He was very curtious and also knowledgeable. Wayne, his supervisor even came out to assist with the issue. He walked me through the whole process. I felt very comfortable that they both knew what they were doing! These guys will be on my go to list for any issues I have from here on out! Highly recommend to others. A++++ service!!!!

Outstanding service and responsiveness. Atlantis, through their technician, Cody Massey, promptly and professionally repaired a shower leak in a rental house of mine in Dallas, GA. Came Saturday fixed my main line, quoted the job agreed to be there Monday at 8 Cody and helper arrived promptly went strait to work and kept me informed throughout the day of progress and issues left my yard in as good a shape as possible. Definetly will recommend to my friends

I called Atlantis Plumbing to look at my water heater which was looking. They sent one of their plumbers, Cy, who came over within two hours and gave me an estimate to replace it. The following morning he came over and within two hours he replaced the water heater. Cy was very professional, attentive and clean. He did an excellent job. Thanks.

Fantastic experience with Wayne from Atlantis Plumbing for my rental unit in Buckhead. Had my tenants contact him for a problem with the kitchen sink and he came over very early the next morning (before my tenants left for work) to take a look and repair. They will be the first person I call for any future plumbing or heating issues.... Definitely a 5-star contractor!

I had a main blockage, called the plumbers at noon, setup the appointment and they were right on time. Very professional, quick and courteous. I would recommend these guys to anyone in Georgia!

Five star rating for invoice # 114895. We recently in the past 6 months had some repeated sewage back up problems. We have spent much expense in clearing lines with another plumber. Atlantis performed a clean out and found the source that caused our repeated sewage backup by running a video camera down through the drainage lines. Herman, the plumber who performed this call was a very polite and helpful. He actually went above and beyond to answer questions and offer suggestions unrelated to our current task at hand. Herman stayed with us until nearly 1 am in the morning to accommodate my schedule to go out of town. I appreciated the discount applied to this invoice as we are a charitable organization with a tight annual budget.
