Avoid this agency and their listings like the plague. They are the most unethical set of realtors I have ever dealt with, and I have bought 4 homes in my life. In dealing with them I had my first "bad faith" dealing I've ever had. They made a very sneaky change to the sales contract and unfortunately my agent didnt catch it. Then they threatened me with keeping my earnest money if I didn't go forward with the deal. I don't take well to threats, and let the deal fall through. Do yourself a favor and do not list your home with these people. And if you are unlucky enough to fall in love with a house they are listing, and just have to buy it, be VERY careful in reviewing any contract or offer coming from them. You never know what they will try to pull on you.
