Very poor customer Service! I needed a replacement part after the original was defective, so I called, and an exchange was offered, and I was told that the part would be in the next morning. I double checked the arrival time just to make sure because I needed the part, and was assured it would be there the next morning, as well as a note left about my situation and a solution to my problem. When I went to pick up the part of the next morning it was not there, and I was told that would be in tomorrow morning. I had to drive to another advanced auto parts store to get the part, which I suggested the night before but was a assured the part would actually be there in time. This whole process has been a ridiculous waste of my day, and it's a shame being a Dahlonega resident, that I cannot shop at my hometown advanced auto parts store, but I have to drive 30 minutes away to get a part and a straight answer.
