Very disorganized.

Two years ago I paid them $800 for a termite treatment . It is supposed to come with a five year guarantee. Now they claim they "have no record that I was ever their customer"! I still have their decal on my house with their phone number and address on it. I had a similar problem with them last year. Beware of this company!!

I make appointments, i am home and no one shows up to spray!! Really poor customer service when you make an appointment and no one shows up.
