I am new to this area and was really concerned about finding a stylist. I looked and read reviews for several salons. I read reviews for Salon at Stone Gate, and saw that they were all good. I made an appt. with Alecia to have my hair highlighted and cut. She is the best. My hair color was perfect, the cut was perfect. I have been back to her one more, and recommended her to a friend. My friend was also very satisfied. I would highly recommend Alecia to anyone.

I searched all over Houston for a good hair stylist for many years before finding Salons of Stonegate. I was referred by a friend and have been a client now for 2 1/2 years. Alecia is my hair stylist and she is PHENOMINAL! My cut and color is always fabulous to the point that I'm stopped on the street and asked who does my hair! The Salon itself is gorgeous and everyone treats you like family! The prices are very reasonable!

Sadly dissappointing. Appearance wise, this salon is 5 stars, but it is higher priced than others, actually, much higher priced. So one would expect excellent styling. Well, this is definitly not the case. I was so upset with my cut, highlights were good, but in total for $120, not happy. The haircut itself was super bad, had to go elsewhere to get it corrected. I even had them cut my daughters hair and they couldn't do a simple bob. When I got home I noticed that one side was longer than the other. So twice bitten on this one, therefore would definitly advise against this salon, especially when a childs haircut is to challenging for them.



A positive, the staff are very nice, just not good at what they do. And the prices are way inflated for the quality, best go to Hair Cuttery, probably get a better haircut there at least for an 1/2 of the price.
