Only top of the line equipment used. Monitoring service is very responsive.

When we bought the house it already had the service and we figured it was just like the rest of the companies.Not so the case.We got U-verse and found out that the service was not compatible.Of course the AT&T guy did'nt say anything untill he hooked up the service although he already new.He just wanted to make sure he got his connect money. When the phone rang,the alarm went off and we ended up killing the power to the house to kill the alarm.I then called the company and got the one tech that they had,and because he was so busy,he could not come untill later on that day.What he then did was walked me through the process of disconnecting all the wires to the main box to eventually kill the system.The family(family owned )was in Mexico and there was no contact for this emergency.Because it was a non compatible system, monitors had no idea the system had even gone off. I would not refer this company to anyone because of how it is set up. The whole purpose os security is to feel secur
