Sold me a lifetime tire balance some time back, but machine to perform this service has been out of order for a year. No refund offered.

Regular check of "lifetime alignment", told me everything fine. Yet unable to give me printout, moved to different machine found alignment off. They did adjust, but makes you wonder about their equipment.
