I purchased a $200 chiminea from here the week before Christmas. They even delivered it to my home, so I was very happy with the transaction, initially. Unfortunately, that feeling didn't last and neither did the chiminea. After being kept under a covered patio except when in use, and after being used only 5 times, the entire bottom of the chiminea fell out the end of January (just one month after purchase!). I contacted Anything Outdoors immediately and they refused to back their clearly defective product. I requested either an even exchange for another comparably priced chiminea or a refund minus the price of the wood I had purchased and used. I emailed three times and called twice. Never were my calls returned, and the only response I received via email was to tell me that they offer no warranty and that they've never had a problem before, as if that somehow exempts their products from having issues at all. I am extremely unhappy with my experience with this business, and I will never shop here again.

I purchased Turf Mix Top Soil for my yard and I was very disappointed with the dirt. It had roots from a grass or weed in it and I had to pick as much out of it as I could. It also had hard clumps of dried clay which I had to take out as much as I could. I was putting this on my yard before I planted a pallet of grass. Now I have Nut grass and other weeds coming up.

Requested X-mas lighting.Scheduled appointment not kept-no notification.6 hours of work missed. When complained, was told by owner that they would come that day. Did not. Initially asked for estimate-"we don't do that".Given one price quote-spoke with 3 different employees mutiple times, including owner and wife, never indicated anything other pricing than initially quoted. Requested service not completed. Outrageous bill. Spoke with owner who indicated i was informed of hidden charges when I was not. Price gouging as I researched pricing for materials used and it was twice the amount it cost. Owner did nothing to satisfy customer, but stated he knew he "shouldn't have dealt wih us from the start". Also, photos taken of my home without my permission-reason unknown as company did not inform me-a relative who was at home when they finally came informed me. I strongly do not recommend this business to anyone. I was trying to give business to small business owners in area.
