The first thing I have to say is, he called me back on a Sunday, which is his day off. He tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone to try to prevent me from having to pay any fees. Once at my home, he fixed my AC (electrical problem) quickly and charged a very fair fee. Very honest, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!
