Provided by YP.comIncredibly disappointed
Jeff did our engagement and wedding photos. Overall quality of both was OK at best. But the real bummer was the service.
Number of Photos
Jeffrey provided less than 300 photos of the wedding day. Thats a tiny amount when compared to other photogs and they weren't even all good shots.
Quality
Many of the shots were blurry and the composition was amateurish. To compensate his team added some weird motion blur to everything to make it look artistic and mask the issue. Fail. He also fought me tooth and nail to release any of the other photos when I complained about the quality and quantity.
Turnaround Time
It's took five months of near constant emailing to get a disc with the photos. The wedding book was supposed to be delivered three weeks after the wedding. When it came 7 months later he spelled my wife's name wrong. It's now been 10 months since the wedding and he still hasn't sent an updated book.
Overall
Jeffrey stroup photography is cheap but still not worth it. We got better photos from our friends and family on their camera phones. Go elsewhere.
