We purchased our Rockwall from Vertical Reality almost 2 years ago. To date we have had two small issues with the unit and both times the company was amazing! It is a pleasure working with Albert and everyone else in the company. Jumpin Beans Party Rentals Inc in Port Orange Florida is very thankful for all their assistance!

We went to Gibsonton to see about purchasing a mobile zip line. We met Ken Sharkey in Gibtown,and we bought the one on site in the second week of Feb. 2013 for a little over $75,000.00. We also will be picking it up and get our training. It was to be retrofitted in 3 weeks to be allowed in NC, since mobile zip lines are illegal. We were thrilled, it will be done in 3 weeks...so we start advertising....About 3 weeks later we contacted them to get an update about our zip line. We received and email that they decided to make us a new one...HUH?!!! This one will be ready Mar. 28th, 2013. OOOOKKKAAAYYY. We didn't ask for that. Anyway, we wait. We get a new one for the same price. So I continue to send emails to keep continuous updates. We start talking to people to book events. We emailed Albert Lemus about coming down. We told them that we will be down the 28th to pick it up. aLbert gave some lame excuse if we could come down after April 1. We can't, he told us the 28th of Mar. now not until After the 1st. So now we have to rearrange our schedule. AGAIN!. We get down there on the third around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. The zip line is already set up. We had to wait about 1 1/2 hrs for Ken to show up. When Ken showed up, we asked him about training tomorrow, since the day is gone and we drove all the way from upstate SC. He told us that there would be no training. He never planned on training us. Just taking the ride and going....NOW WAIT A DAMN MINUTE, we know nothing about this, so we video record the tear down, as much as we could. Then we realize, per our contract that they were to install racking for the fencing. It want done. they said they will add it tomorrow. Then we ask about the length. It says on the website "Zip up to 300' ". They said we got 260' because this is all they had. We are up in arms at this point. the next day, we told Albert Lemus about it, and they had untill April 15 to bring it to us, and to train us since we wasted out time and money going down to pick up something not ready...Ken calls my father saying we demanded to much and he was tearing up the remainder of the money....This is such BS. Now, Dec 2013 we close for the season. We have to go through the gauges and everything to make sure everything is ready for next year. Now, we bought a NEW ride, and 3 of the 4 gauges is at least a year older than the ride. HUH? Yep, we got out of date gauges. One of our gauges is around July 2012. We send them messages and then we get threatened becasue we didn't get what we paid for. The owners manual is wrong, we changed it, the tower is wrong....OH here is the great part...IF YOU YOU DO NOT HAVE A CDL, YOU CANNOT TRANSPORT THE MACHINES. The tow bar is rated for 12,000 lbs, the ride is 26,000 lbs. Luckily my husband had a cdl and drove Heavy Haul for 15 yrs. they told us an f250 would be good enough, when we went back down the end of Apr, the ride through my husband and one of our employees across the road. I had to fly down to drive our truck back, because we had to get a huge budget truck to tow it back. And vetical reality cut the ball off the budget truck to put one on it that would pull the ride. We have the emails, texts, etc that they don't give you what you pay for. We CANNOT go 300'. Even if we take off all the clips and stretch the line out, it is under 300'.
