Dry, Bland Chicken

Not only was the food terrible, but the employees seem upset that you've caused them to work! The chicken was dry and tasted like cardboard. The side dishes were cold and tiny. They also forgot my rolls. I would NOT recommend this place to anybody!

Horrible!!!!

First of all the service is horrible. This is my second time going there and both times the drive thru person was rude they sream at you through the mic and when you drive up to pay they do not acknowledge you. Not to mention they charge you for what you want which may be more expensive then what they give you so please do check your bag before leaving unfortunately i did not and was ripped off. I would not refer anyone to eat here i would perfer to drive the extra two cities to eat pollo tropical maybe at that they have better service.
