I joined as a member several years ago. Unfortunately my husband was injured overseas and they did not have a gym near Fort Bragg in North Carolina.

So I keep with the contract and canx at my 3 year membership via fax, 3 times in one day. After numerous phone calls and faxes.
That person Jasmin was fired.

TEN (10) months later after calling and speaking with the supervisor Heather at their National Fitness Center, my account was finally closed.

The problem is they will not give me a 10 month refund of the monies they took out after all the faxes and phone calls that I placed. I did everything they required.

Shame on them for taking monies that was not theirs to take. I should of done a stop payment with my bank but I was busy caring for my injured husband.

I so glad that our Military protects these thieves.
