I prepaid and scheduled a tan over a month in advance with for a very special event. I called a few hours before to confirm and she informed me that she was in Mexico!!! Gladys did not care to call me days before to tell me about the cancellation despite her knowing. I asked for a refund and she refused, claiming it was “against company policy” although I never signed an agreement or saw any policies telling me of said policy. She offered me “a free tan” which I explained that I would not need for anything other than for the event the following day. Gladys ignored my texts after I asked for a copy of the companies policies. I was very disappointed.

She did a great job for my daughter dance competitions.. Great to work with, she came to our house, a value for our comfort and privacy. Highly recommend her.!!
