I was treated respectfully, they are informative and patient, most importantly - honest. This is the first time I've heard, "You don't need to fix that right now, it can wait". Also a first for me to double check prices elsewhere and find out I got the best deal around. After driving away the last time I actually thought, "I wish I did need that repair, because they deserve the money". Can't say enough about these guys. Been with them for a year and refuse to go anywhere else.

I would not go anywhere other than The Driving Machine. They are excellent!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My sister and sister in law now go here for all their service needs based on the amazing experience my husband and I had. We didn't start off on the right foot due to some communication issues, but I am not about to let that stand in the way of the first shop who has EVER treated me with respect. I may be a woman, but I know about cars, and every other dealership or shop that I have been to has tried to take advantage of me, but not The Driving Machine. They did a complete brake job for half of what the dealership would have charged, PLUS they did a complete work up on my husband's 4runner for a 1/4 of the cost he was quoted elsewhere.

I like this place they do great job on bmw I recently took mine in and it runs great!

I took my car in to get service on it because I was really concerned how my gas in my truck was going by so fast.. Well to come realize the reason why was because I had so much junk in my truck! They told me to drive it without any thing in the trunk to try it for a week and if it continues to waste so much to then take it in. Gladly it was just that my truck was carrying so much weight! I didn’t have to take it in they did save me a lot. Thanks

Jim and Mary took great care of me when I brought in my car upon hearing an intermittent grinding noise from my engine. When I went in to pick up my car after the work was completed, Dave showed me how the pulleys were not working . . . Thanks also for the rides from and to your shop.

The job was done meticulously and quickly.

No matter how routine the visit to the shop may be, you can feel the difference in your car's drive and performance once the job is done and you start driving the car. I received a concise, but complete report on matters which may require future checking - a professional way to inform the customer without creating crisis. I highly value that.

I called a bunch of different places around me, and I finally dialed The Driving Machine. The fellow who answered the phone asked me all of the questions I hoped he would and I immediately felt like he actually cared about my BMW troubles. I scheduled a time to come in and I couldn't be more stoked with the job they did on my car.

Quick and easy tire replacement and alignment. Fantastic service, including the shuttle, and they event vacuumed the carpets and cleaned some mirrors & windows!

Super great service! I really like this shop they were super fast and got the job done. The Driving Machine is close by to my work and on my lunch hour I came to get my smog check done and they took me in right away, I waited maybe about 10-15 minutes and they got the smog check done before by lunch break was over. Great service, great staff and the best part was that I PASSED my smog check.

The Driving Machine saved me a lot of time and money. When nobody else knew what is wrong with my car, these guys figured it out and the repair cost me less than in other places. These guys do not just randomly change parts - they diagnose the problem, fix it, and tell you how to avoid it in the future.



I am going straight to them next time. They know their BMW's.
