VERY AGRESSIVE AND RUDE OWNER! TERRIBLE QUALITY.

Please take your items to be cleaned/altered etc elsewhere. I took in a $300 gown to be hemmed short (made of chiffon and satin material) very easy and quick alteration. I had went to the store thinking it was La Caprice, based on its high Yelp reviews I thought my dress was in good hands. These two stores are right next to each other, and the one I went to had no sign on the front so I just assumed it was the same establishment.



When I returned a few days later to pick up my dress, I discovered the hemming was uneven and the fabric jagged (see photos) We had already paid, but I asked if he could fix it. To which he began yelling, pointing his fingers, shoving the dress in our face. “This is the best we can do! All chiffon materials won’t have a straight edge. Take it or leave it! I will iron it and that is it!” My mom and I thought he was about to hit us or something based on his tone and demeanor. He said he would only ‘iron it out’ and we could come back tomorrow to pick it up. When we asked for a receipt back he yelled “No” again…and said “ I will remember you two!”



We came back the next day, he had a scowl on his face again when he saw us. “Oh we had not time to iron it. But even if it did it would look the same.” DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHING TO BE RUINED AND BE VERBALLY AND ALMOST PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY THE OWNER.
