This location was fine, he did everything he could to get me on the road by 3:00p.m. Everything else with this rental was a complete nightmare!!!! I originally wanted to pick up the equipment at a location right next to a warehouse I was moving. When I arrived (10:00-10:30) they informed me that I had to go somewhere else and that place should have called but didn't. This place had the equipment but said it was reserved even though it was still there the next afternoon. When I got to the other location, they did not have the auto transport. Even though your site told me it was not recommended to tow my vehicle with a dolly, he tried at first, to talk me into taking that saying that was what I reserved. Once I argued with him he finally agreed. Also let me say, this is all going on in between him taking care of other customers since he was the only person at this busy convenience store. It is now going on 1 plus hours since I got to the first place to pick up my rental. After going round and round with this guy somebody else drops off the auto transport I needed. It's now been well over two hours. Once we get the paperwork done, he says he will be out shortly to show and help me get everything(trailer/my vehicle) hooked up and loaded. Now it is about 1:00-1:30. I think I forgot to say, I have 4 people I am paying $15.00 an hour to help me load waiting on me to get back. I had never seen a hitch like this before so I went back inside and asked for his help again. I thought I had it hooked up until I tried to drive my truck up the ramps, that's when the trailer flew in the front and both my truck and the trailer rolled forward about 2 feet. Thankfully I had rolled up the back door on the truck or the trailer would have gone through the back door. I finally get the trailer hooked up correctly and my truck loaded by myself still, he never came outside, to find out the straps were to short to fit around my front tires. When I went back in to inform him he was sitting behind the counter reading something. He told me some one was on their way and would be there in less than 10 minutes. I then called uhaul customer service and talked with a rep and explained to her what was going on. She on the other hand was very helpful and found a third location for me to go to. Now it is about 2:-2:30. When I drive to the location above, he was very quick knowledgeable and helped getting everything hooked up and loaded. The only problem was he did not have the two dozen blankets that i originally reserved, no big deal. The problem with the straps was the same, his simple solution was to let air out of the tires so the straps would be long enough. I leave and get to my house to drop the trailer to find out I have a flat on the trailer. I will continue below about the road side assistance. I finally get to my warehouse around 3-3:30 where I find the 4 guys I hired sitting waiting for me to get back. So now I have to pay these 4 guys a total of 22 hours @ $15 per hour, $330 for waiting. Which it only took a total of 8 man hours to load a total of $120. Who is going to cover my out of pocket expenses for dealing with your mistakes? A complete waist of an entire day!!!!
