They love my dogs as if they were theirs! My two yorkies really enjoy going to PawSpa...how do I know? They are happy when I pick them up not just happy to see me but I can see they had fun and they were well taken care of. When we walk in the staff make a big deal over my boys; that makes me feel good. And Amy, the groomer is wonderful and attentive to my boys and their comfort is her main concern; I like that! They are not the cheapest but they are the best!

I've lived her for almost 4 years and half the time I took my two senior poodles back home for grooming appointments but that got old fast!. I tried 5-6 places around Cumming and was so thankful when I found Pawspa. My boys smell good and look good when I pick them up. It is just how I like them cut. One of my poodles is about to be 16 and has many "senior" warts. Pawspa takes great care with his "senior issues". Getting appointmoints are a breeze and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!!

I recommend PawSpa Resort to everyone who owns a pet and is looking for quality care. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. The facility is clean and focused on the pets. My dog always comes home happy and is excited when we go back for another visit.

My almost 13 yr old basset loves the care and attention she receives. The helpers EASED her into interacting with other dogs while I thought she wouldn't due to age and observed temperament. PawSpa always clean and inviting! You'd think there'd be a "doggie" smell, but not so!

I've looked and look and this is the only place I've found that truly takes an interest in my "baby". It's the only time I've ever left him and he hasn't experienced separation anxiety. I used to think that the vet was the only option for boarding. I was so wrong. PawSpa Resort is the best and I won't go anywhere else. I didn't know places like this existed. Of course, he's glad to see me when I pick him up but he is equally as happy to see the PawSpa staff when I drop him off. I no longer feel guilty for taking vacations without him. Thank you, PawSpa.

If you haven't visited PawSpa Resort, you should. I visited several pet care locations and PawSpa is the only facility that offered an unrestricted tour of the location. I'm so glad I found PawSpa. The groomer was exceptionally kind to my Beau and he came home after a three day stay without any separation anxiety. I will never consider leaving him with my vet ever again. Bravo to PawSpa.
