I plan events for a large property management company. We had a signed contract w/ Its Partytime Entertainment to caterer an event in July. They were to show up an hour before the event. They were not there an hour before, and at 20 minutes till my event Irene called to say that no one would be showing up!!!! I could say more about how completely unapologetic or unprofessional this company is- but let he fact that they never canceled and never showed up speak for itself!
