To begin, I do not know where they get all of those "certified" 5-star reviews that they post on their website but it is untrue. The first indicator is that they had 11 reviews just yesterday 09/11 and they were all 5-star "fantastic". Whatever.



First the pricing - i was quoted an "estimate" of $350, which I thought was pretty high for post-construction cleaning (empty house with some dust and cobwebs), for that price I expected perfection. I was told that a 3 person crew would arrive and it should take about 5-6 hours. When their people showed up it was only 2 and the first thing out of their mouth was "we don't do windows." Excuse me??? After showing them around indicating what I wanted to get done they said it would take 3 hours. So I inquired to the estimate. I was told it was whatever I was initially told ($117 and hour). Unacceptable. I told them to get their boss on the phone. After initially refusing to adjust the price I told him $200 dollars or I send his crew packing. He begrudgingly agreed, but asked if I would post a review. I said if they do a good job sure.



As for the cleaning - where do I begin. Even though they did not do windows they did do the frames and sills, or so they said. I had to show where they did not do anything. The ceiling fans and dining room light fixture still had cobwebs and dust on them. Kitchen cabinets had dirt from the tile installation all over them. Inside the bathroom cabinets still were dirty and I specifically pointed this out to them prior to cleaning. The "leader" of the two person crew apologized and blames his "trainee" for doing the poor job. Some advice for his crew leaders - you are responsible for checking your workers performance. After spending 45 minutes pointing out problems that they did the bare minimum to appease me, I finally got tired of it and just paid them to leave.



I absolutely would not recommend this services. Ask a family friend or your neighbor for references and get the job done right.
