Kevin Herbert offers discounts for good reviews... WTF? Has not worked so well because they rip you off with a smile and they still get the appropriate reviews after the fact! Go elsewhere! Key words: Infidelity, Rip-Off, Scam, Overcharged, Used Car Salesman, Adulterer, etc.

I've used Herbert Automotive for many years and found them to be honest and competitively priced. Technicians are knowledgeable and seem to be truly concerned with the safety of my vehicles.

I agree with Mustangsalley. as far as being warey of this place. I took my car there to get an estimate on a valve job. I know, but I called first and they told me they could do ANYTHING including a valve job. But they looked at my engine and told me it needed to just be replaced with a used engine. They said they would check and see what a suwed engine would cost and get back to me. Although I was going to get other opinions, I told them sure, to let me know what it would cost for them to install a used engine. They took all my information and told me they would call me Monday, that was on a Saturday. I never heard another word from them. That is just lousy customer relations!!! I will never go back there, even for an oil change or brake work.
