These guys always deliver on time, set up and pick up when they say. I've always had great product with NO problems.

I have used JumpNJacks a few times. Never had a bad experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Cain never fails to deliver. Year after year consistant service and bounce houses. This is our go to business for the kids.

Being that this was my first time renting a bounce house with attached water slide, Cain was a dream to work with. He was very informative and quick to respond to all my questions. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to all my friends and family. The whole rental process was easy and very competitively priced. Very pleased!

I very rarely take the time out of my day to write bad reviews, but this "company" has earned it. We rented a cotton candy machine from JumpnJacks Moonwalk in September 2015 for a school event. I explained to the owner, Cain Harris, that we were paying for this out of pocket, and would need a receipt so we could be reimbursed by the school. He said he'd email the receipt to my wife. He never did. After MULTIPLE calls, emails, and voicemails left, it's now over a month later and we still have not received a simple receipt. I found Mr. Harris' conduct as a business owner to be extremely unprofessional. If you can use any other business than JumpnJacks, I would highly recommend you do.

UPDATE: A day after posting my review, I received a text message from Mr. Harris threatening to sue me if the review wasn't taken down. I still haven't received a receipt...
