I am new to the Cumming area and found Inspirational Smiles on a web search. Being only a few miles from my home, I thought this was a good choice since I have Multiple Sclerosis it is easier for me to keep things close to home. I was also very interested in the new patient special since I live on a very tight fixed income. My first appointment was scheduled for last Friday. I was having a very bad morning and called to reschedule. I was treated very unkindly when I canceled and the curtness of the girl on the phone almost had me in tears. She scheduled me for the following week and I went there this morning. After being told to sit down and two other patients taken back, someone called my name (I thought to fill out forms) but instead she told me that doctor Crews had decided that she "couldn't meet my expectations" and I would not be seen in her office. I said okay and left. I was totally dumbfounded.If you have a family member with any chronic condition please think of them before giving doctor Crews your business. There is a word 'discrimination' which protects people from being treated like this. I have never had any professional business treat me in such a judgemental and hurtful manner.I would never treat anyone the way I was treated by this office. There is no excuse for it at all!

I was very pleased with the service I received from this practice. From the front desk staff who was very helpful to the hygenist who gave me a thorough and painless cleaning. Dr. Crews is a highly skilled and pleasant dentist.

I was very impressed by this office! Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Crews is very detailed and explained all procedures, she answered all of my questions. The digital X-rays were amazing but the intraoral photos were very interesting, since this was the first time I had had this done, worth every penny. Dr Crews and her staff guided me through the process, explained what was going to happen before it happened and were very considerate of my nervousness and made the procedure pleasant and pain free. I have been to a lot of dentists and the is by far the best dental office I have been to. I would recommend this modern office. HIGHLY recommended.

We tried this office from an internet search. The offc mgr was rude, misled our family to expect our cleaning cost would be around $29.97, but when we arrived they told us it would be $240 .......for a cleaning. While sitting in the chair for the cleaning and discussing the miscommunication the office mgr said "get up, you're done." Very poor customer service skills and low skilled technician. Proceed with caution.

Really impressed with this office. Just had a cleaning on 11/28/11. Modern design and technologically advanced. Very comfortable and spacious environment. Dr Crews was excellent at calming my nerves. She was gentle and efficient during the cleaning. Highly recommend this place.
