My dryer stopped working. I called this company and they sent someone out. He was there for two hours. I kept checking in with him. I saw that he googled the dryer type and what could be the possible problems, he had to call someone to ask about it and all he could think to do was to clean out the lint filter. He kept complaining about the dryer brand and did not want to take it apart to clean. So he asked me to go get a stick for him so he could drag it through the lint filter. When that didn't work, I asked him to take it apart. He finally agreed. He still couldn't fix it. He said that the control panel was out and that it would be around $500 to fix. I explained that I understood, but we would probably not go that route. He pretended to put the dryer back together. He complained as he was leaving that he had to spend two hours taking apart a dryer. Although, I don't think he realized I overheard him. When I had to move the dryer several days later, it fell to pieces because he didn't attach anything. I'm just grateful my children didn't go in there and touch it! He did NOT run my credit card on site, but waited a week later to run it.



He was quite unprofessional, which I could have overlooked, but he didn't have the skills to back it up. At one point, he was literally sitting on my laundry room floor playing chess on his phone!



I would NOT recommend using this company, ESPECIALLY to anyone that is home alone with their children.
