Only one window is every open - even if the line is out the door -- which is practically every Saturday -- meanwhile down the street in South Attleboro, both windows are open and the line moves quickly.

Mail-woman stopped delivering mail to my 90 year old handicapped veteran neighbor because his mailbox wasn't accessible for over 3 days. I shovel him out each storm and was away on business for a period of 4 days and shoveled him out upon my return home. For the next week they continued to skip his mailbox until I drove him to the post office to pick up his mail. Woman behind the counter was extremely rude and stated his handicap isn't there problem and he'll have to figure it out. Apparently when you work for the government they don't teach customer service. Seniors shouldn't be treated this way.
