I bought the cheapest car on the lot, not that you could tell by the service. I was burned before by a used car dealer, so I was on the defensive, but Lou was a very nice man (and his son is a sweetie, too). He was sure to show me everything about the car (even the imperfections) up front, whether I asked or not. I couldn't have asked for a better or more honest experience! Got a great deal and walked away smiling. :)
