Where to begin... I'll say the positive first. The manager, Sam, was helpful and professional. He helped buy staying past closing hours which was appreciated. However the owner, Ali, was absolutely rude to me and my fiancé. A few days after buying the car the check engine light went on. Ali seemed not to happy about having to fix the car (small easy fix, just a clip broke). When I brought it back he suggested that I could have broke it? Why would I do that? Then during the buying process they said they would send me the title, which makes no sense but I agreed. Then a week goes by and I never get the title so I couldn't register the car. I call back and they said they didn't send the title. So my fiancé asked why it wasn't sent and Ali yelled at her saying that the car should have been registered and she should have picked up the title. That's the dealerships responsibilities to give the title when car is purchased. Lastly, they asked for the tax for the car, but when purchasing out of state, you pay the rmv that the car is getting registered in. The whole process was stressful, and as a new dealership you should know the process and know how to talk to customers. Not blame them for things that you did.
