Place is not very truthful or honest. Did nothing but complain about how hard job on vehicle was but yet they took it. Had to take back several times for bad work and still never had everything done all though they say they did. Very poor business attitude and very disrespectful towards customers , would never use or recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service They were very accommodating. Honest. Went the extra mile. We were involved in a moderate accident during the holiday season worst timing but this shop made us feel at ease the entire time till our car was done. They have integrity. I didn't even have rental coverage with my insurance yet the shop even gave me a loaner. Had an issue a month later with my wipers didn't know when it occurred. Call boch said sry. Called Blackstone auto body they fixed it right away no questions asked. Perception is everything people. These guys are my go to guys when I will ever need service for a car or even if I'm in the market for a car because I know from first hand experience that they are extremely thorough and have excellent attention to detail don't skip steps. I would recommend this business to my friends and family would rate it 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Paul and Derrick. I look forward to doing more business in the future. Thanks again.z
