A+ I ran out of oil and they sent a truck that day. The driver even started my furnace for me and unlike some of the other fuel companies I have used they didn't charge any delivery charge! The driver even noticed a leak I didn't notice and he fixed it for me. The drivers are very pleasant to talk to and are willing to help in any way they can.

They have poor service and slow delivery. Not sure what their problem is unless they need new employee's or new equipment considering I see their trucks broke down quite often. I would not recommend anyone start using them anytime soon. You will run out of oil for sure. I had to call them three times in one week and they kept saying it was being delivered but it never came and each time I called they asked if I had called earlier in the week. They never give you an exact day or time for the delivery. They say "this week" and then by Thursday I called again and they did not remember I called twice before in the same week. What a poor way to run a business.. Will not use them next year or any year after that for that matter...
