Provided by YP.comWe had MR. Stairz vent a new gas furnace for us into an existing chimney.
He decided not to put in a flue liner like the instructions in the owners manual said. He said he did some research and that we did not need a flue liner. He was going to save us some money.
Well guess what, it did not work and we are out $190.00. All I got was "Sorry Chief."
Buyer beware!
the customer bought the heater at southern states and he put it in himself then he found out that he in stalled it wrong and it would not work so he call me to fix it and i told him that it would need a chimney liner and he had me run it just to the chimey with no liner in it.the owners manual saids to run chimney liner in it so why is it my fault he would not listen to my advise to put one in. P.s. the chimney liner needs to be-vent and the cost is 3/4 of the price of the heater.

It was the middle of the summer, hotter than blazes and my AC broke down. I was short on money and was leary of getting ripped off by an AC company who overcharges during this "take the money and run" economy. "Stairz" came out on their own dime, a two-hour drive for them, and completely hooked me up. I got a honest technician who told the truth and charged me fairly. After a two-hour plus visit, I only paid $200 bucks for multiple repairs.
Stairs is now my goto Heating & Air Conditioning repair business. I recommend them all to my neighbors, who have also been burned by rip-off artists.
I recommend them one-hundred percent and thank Troy, the technician, for his work effort.
