Provided by YPmobileGot a gas grill tank refilled. Nether associate (cashier/loader) informed me of their yearly sale on grill propane tank refill was in 5 days. Was only informed after tanks was filled. Poor communication!

Provided by YP.comAlthough I feel badly for "Birdfeeder" and his defective bag (too bad he didn't notice that it had been taped), we understand his anger but a one star rating for an isolated incident seems unfair. Family, friends, and I have been customers of Southern States for years and never had a bad experience. We feel that the employees are helpful, honest and kind and the merchandise prices and variety are excellent. Their garden supplies and novelties are among the best anywhere! If "Birdfeeder" had brought his problem to their attention we have every belief that they would have resolved his issue.
