I had Steve from Potomac Plumbing over to install a Rinnai Tankless Waterheater on 2/27/2008. Steve arrived with his helper in the early morning, took control of the situation and explained how things would have to be modified from what I wanted because of code and manufacturers recommendations.Steve's work quality is excellent and he passed the very stringent inspection performed by the City of Frederick's inspector Gary.Steve ran into a few setbacks during the process of installing the water heater that were caused in whole (or in part) by the home owner (that's me) and he got them all taken care of with ease. He even stayed late to ensure that we got everything taken care of in just one day.Upon completion, the Rinnai tankless water heater fired up on the first try and provided hot water to 7 separate fixtures throughout our home simultaneously. That's really an amazing feat!I couldn't be happier with the installation and I certainly give Potomac Plumbing 5 stars!
