I had been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for a year, until the Pharmacist/owner refused to fill a prescription for a family member. The way he talked down to her was disgusting. First he refused to come out and speak to her, in person, he said "I am busy" since when does a pharmacist refuse to speak to a patient? Then as he continued over he phone to patronise her, she had it on speaker, I began to explain the situation to him, it had only been 1 week since she had her first script filled there, she had to get her birth certificate before she could get her ID changed to MD. BUT she DID have her DL.She had just moved to Cumberland, he could speak with her DR if he was concerned with her identity, or see several forms of ID. The Owner/Pharmacists stated: It is the RULES!, I asked what rule, well obviously HIS RULE, because it is not a regulation or law that precludes a pharmacist from filling a medication, because of an out of state ID.. He spoke to me and her like we were beneath him. I have been in the medical field for over 15 years and NEVER seen a patient treated this way. He continued to tell us that "Well I'm not the only pharmacy around". I am happy he is doing so well to treat customer's like trash and throw them away. I would never tell anyone to go to this pharmacy, it was the worst customer service, the worst patient care I have ever experienced.
