We had this company come out on a Friday to pump our septic tank. They got their truck stuck in our neighbors yard, and dug huge ruts to get the truck out. They could not get it completely pumped on Friday , so they had to come back on Saturday. They did not give us an ETA, so we had to have someone there waiting half the day for them to come back. They charged $265. And did not even fix the root of the problem. Two weeks later the septic tank is full again. They did not fix the ruts in my neighbors yard, only threw down some grass seed and covered it with straw. We called the office to complain about the turn of events, and they just told us that the man did all he had to do.I am a very dissatisfied customer.
