Very disappointed when their tag line is "PROFITS IN YOUR POCKET" and you are notified by a client that they just got approved for an account with ZOO. This company is tag should be "Stealing Profits from your Pocket". Yes they have some decent prices, but as they grow they don't care about the "Designers or freelancers" it about their profits. i understand they are not a trade printer, but then they offer branded websites? for what purpose, so that they can send a postcard to your clients like they did mine? Accident maybe? probably, but a costly one...not for them but for me. Thanks guys
