The place is full of huge statues, bromeliads, figurines and orchids. Parking is ample in the front but the side is hard to park because of patrons from the restaurant on the other side. Most of their displays have been their for years. They look old and not maintained well because of dust.



Not many new inventories except with orchids. Sometimes they have new and rare ones but lately their orchids can also be found at other stores (i.e trader joes, costco) at a third of the the price. They used to have the most beautiful white phals. orchids two years ago and some novelty ones. They changed vendor and their orchids became cheap and crappy quality but price never went down. Most of the orchids displayed are not for sale because they are for their house accounts. The store just looks fuller because of those orchids but are not really for sale.



Their price is very expensive. They dont have a specific person who specializes in arrangements like other businesses in the area. The front person who take calls is also the one making arrangements. So if things get busy be prepared to wait and dont expect high end or terrific orchid arrangements. I ordered an arrangement and the person was having a hard time putting the orchids in the basket because he does not have experience in flower arrangements. The arrangement looks really bad no matter how many times he redid it. I had to helped him.



If you dont like smoking or second hand smoke this store is not for you. The owner and employee smokes a lot. The place could be very wet when it rains so dont be surprise if you come in the front and everything is wet and covered with plastic. Checked your invoice before you leave the store.
